- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the business needs
- Prepared to work as a team with senior and junior members to help maintain an efficient working kitchen
- Would suit a candidate Previous experience of working within a busy kitchen with fresh ingredients is essential. You must be keen to develop the kitchen brigade and willing to take on key responsibilities and remain calm under pressure.
