About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Property Lister to join Gibson and Brennan, a modern, forward thinking estate agency that is changing the way agents work and operate.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships, and converting valuations into instructions through an honest, consultative approach. You will operate across an open patch, giving you complete freedom to generate business wherever you see opportunity.
A Note On Commission And OTE
Our industry is full of job adverts promising inflated OTE figures that almost no one ever earns.
That is not how we operate.
At Gibson and Brennan, our OTEs are based on real performance data, using actual fee averages and our current commission and bonus structure.
- OK performers earn around £48,000
- Good performers earn around £57,000
- Exceptional performers earn £65,000+

What You Will Be Doing
- Carrying out professional market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions through a rapport led, consultative approach
- Proactively generating opportunities through canvassing, door knocking, prospecting, and long term relationship building
- Actively networking within your community and becoming the go to person for all things property related, wherever opportunities arise
- Representing a premium brand with tailored marketing strategies that reflect our commitment to quality
- Managing your listings from instruction through to launch, ensuring every property is presented at the highest standard
- Working closely with our wider team to ensure seamless handovers from listing to sale
- Contributing ideas to support innovation, efficiency, and the implementation of modern systems and AI across the agency
About You
- Experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential for the right driven candidate
- Strong ability to self generate business through prospecting, networking, and persistence
- Excellent communication, rapport building, and negotiation skills
- Organised, ambitious, and commercially minded
- Resilient with a genuine passion for property and performance
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
