Position: Door Supervisor
Location: Waterloo, London (Excellent transport links)
Start Date: Immediate Start
Shifts: Evenings and weekends (with potential for additional hours)
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a professional, welcoming, and secure presence at the venue entrance.
Verify identification, manage queues, and enforce venue entry policies.
Monitor crowd behavior, defuse potential conflicts calmly, and manage incidents professionally.
Liaise closely with venue management, bar staff, and local authorities if required.
Uphold the highest standards of licensing laws and corporate compliance.
Requirements – What we are looking for:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (Essential).
Physical Fitness & Stamina: This role requires you to remain on your feet and alert for long hours, maintaining a sharp and professional posture throughout the shift.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus.
Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed with a professional demeanor.
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm, assertive, and diplomatic approach.
