We’re looking for a confident, personable skin therapist to join our nurse-led aesthetics clinic in Witney.
£16–£20/hour depending on experience + Commission + Monthly performance bonus + employee ownership bonus scheme.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about advanced skin treatments who wants to grow within a medically-led environment and work with high-quality patients in a supportive, experienced team.
You’ll perform treatments including:
- Medical-grade facials
- Microneedling
- Laser/IPL treatments
- Skin consultations and treatment planning
What matters most to us:
- NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent) (Must Have)
- Hydrafacial and Laser Experience Crucial
- Strong people skills and patient care
- Confidence recommending treatment plans
- A genuine passion for skin health and results
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
