At Victor Michael, we are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team in Stratford.
Whether you are looking to build on your existing experience or develop your career with a well-established estate agency, we'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Once fully trained, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of around 100–200 properties, becoming a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of residential properties, including:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 100–200 properties
- Coordinating compliance requirements, including Gas Safety Certificates (GSC), Electrical Safety Inspections (EICR/ESI), PAT testing, and EPCs
- Applying for Private Rented Property Licences across multiple London boroughs
- Arranging and carrying out routine property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy deposit returns and coordinating any required cleaning or repairs
- Liaising with utility companies regarding property occupancy
- Organising contractor quotations, maintenance, and repair works
- Managing tenancy renewals and preparing contracts
- Preparing tenancy agreements and legal notices, including Section 8 and Section 13 notices
- Collecting documentation from landlords and tenants
- Processing tenant referencing through HomeLet
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
One in three Saturdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Start Date: 14th - End of September 2026
Location: Stratford, East London (E15)
