About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents with their daily needs, and leading the care team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and homely environment throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents.
- Administer medication in line with company policies and procedures.
- Support, guide, and supervise care staff during shifts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals where appropriate.
- Help maintain a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role.
- Experience administering medication.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to care.
- Relevant health and social care qualifications are desirable.
