Requirements
We are looking for a caring, patient, hardworking individual to work with service users that have mental health issues and learning disabilities. Experience in health and social care is desired. Must be able to work weekends if required. The position is for part-time/ casual work.
Responsibilities
- cooking healthy main meals for service users
- support clients with medication
- support service users’ daily living activities within the home and in the community, developing and maintaining independence
- escort residents to appointments and outings when required
- promote a positive image of the organisation and s/user at all times
- maintain the home in a clean and tidy manner, paying particular attention to hygiene and health and safety requirements
- updating of admin such as service users files
