Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and Power BI to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business needs through effective communication and analysis skills.
- Manage project lifecycle activities in accordance with SDLC principles, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Design and optimise databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and utilise SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
- Create detailed process diagrams and documentation using Visio to facilitate understanding across teams.
- Develop automation scripts using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), R, or Python to streamline workflows.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout project phases.
- Assist in database design and optimisation efforts to enhance data integrity and performance.
