Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout your shift
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling and preparation processes
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to deliver timely service without compromising quality
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, aiming to resolve issues effectively and courteously
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
