We are seeking a highly motivated and product-focused Senior Manager - Delivery Management, to join the ICRST team. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Business, translating strategic priorities into scalable, customer-centric technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
As a Senior Manager - Delivery Management, you will play a critical role in bringing product strategy to life. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative capabilities that solve customer problems and achieve business outcomes. You will lead multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring execution remains aligned to product priorities, customer needs, and organizational objectives while maintaining speed, quality, and predictability.
The successful candidate will combine strong delivery leadership, technical acumen, and strategic thinking to drive outcomes in a complex global environment. They will champion a product-led mindset, helping teams focus not only on execution, but on delivering the right outcomes, maximizing customer value, and continuously improving the products and experiences we create.
