- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to various locations within designated routes
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate and timely drop-offs
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm deliveries and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during deliveries
Skills
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver certification is a plus
- Experience working in warehouse environments or handling heavy items is beneficial
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy packages and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of local routes and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency
