We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and develop new business opportunities within the housebuilding development sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who understands the housebuilder market and can build strong, long-term relationships with sales, construction, procurement teams and key decision makers.
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Grow existing customer accounts and identifying additional opportunities.
- Identifying and winning new business with house builders of all sizes and specifications.
- Developing relationships with sales, construction and commercial teams.
- Promoting our range of kitchen furniture, cabinetry and associated products.
- Managing the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to contract award.
- Attend client meetings and events.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and upcoming housing developments.
- Achieving agreed sales and revenue targets.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Ideally experienced in kitchens, kitchen furniture, kitchen design, construction, housebuilding, interiors or building products.
- Ideally well connected within the UK housebuilding development sector.
- Confident dealing with senior-level clients.
- A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- Commercially focused, self-motivated and target driven.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider sales team.
- Able to identify opportunities and turn them into profitable business.
