The role involves maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and overall upkeep of a 1-acre yard. Key responsibilities include cleaning and storing materials, managing stock (including booking goods in and out), loading and unloading wagons, and carrying out site deliveries.
Additional duties include the cleaning and maintenance of mobile accommodation units, operating a 3-tonne payload vehicle, and providing occasional cover for HGV operations during periods of holiday or sickness absence.
Working hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm.
The ideal candidate will be based within the Conwy, Denbighshire, or Flintshire areas.
Experience & Training
Essential:
- Full, clean driving licence
Desirable:
- Experience within construction or building materials
- Forklift truck experience and/or licence
- HGV licence
- CPCS card
