Lead the end-to-end audience strategy, from segmentation and enrichment through to activation and performance measurement

Design scalable frameworks that connect first-party, contextual, and partner data across channels

Oversee audience infrastructure and governance, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence

Translate data, analytics, and modelling insights into actionable audience strategies that drive results

Shape AdTech strategy across ad serving, tagging, and tracking, ensuring a strong and future-ready foundation

Drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and support scale

Partner with cross-functional teams and lead stakeholders across marketing, data, product, and privacy functions

Strong experience in AdTech, audience strategy, or digital activation within an agency or advertiser environment

Deep understanding of audience segmentation, data activation, and cross-platform delivery

Knowledge of AdTech ecosystems including ad servers, DSPs, and data platforms

Experience translating data privacy requirements into practical, compliant activation strategies

Ability to design scalable processes and introduce automation to improve performance and efficiency

Confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence a range of stakeholders

Experience leading or mentoring teams, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
