Responsibilities
- Provide expert hairdressing services including cutting, styling, coloring, and barbering to meet clients’ individual preferences.
- Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skincare enhancements with precision and care.
- Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, adhering to health regulations at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hairdresser or beautician with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills.
- Certification or licensing in hairdressing, barbering, or beauty therapy as required by local regulations.
- Proficiency in advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.
- Demonstrated ability in store management or overseeing salon operations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Experience mentoring or training team members to foster professional growth within the salon environment.
- Strong sales skills with an aptitude for upselling products and services confidently without being pushy.
