Are you ready to help shape the future of Finance controls? Our Finance Transformation programme is looking for a Business Process Manager - Controls Workstream to help design, strengthen and embed a smarter, more sustainable control environment across Finance.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controls Leader, this role will translate programme objectives into clear controls requirements, practical workstream outputs and delivery plans that support better decisions, stronger governance and more efficient ways of working.
Working with autonomy and influence, the successful candidate will partner across Finance, process workstreams, audit, risk and the wider business to create controls that are easier to operate, clearer to evidence and better aligned to a modern finance function.
This is a 2 year fixed-term contract to support the delivery of our Finance Transformation Programme.
You will bring credible experience in controls, risk, compliance, business process analysis or finance transformation, alongside strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to lead through ambiguity. You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and turning complex control and process information into clear recommendations, practical outputs and high-quality papers.
