Working Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Hours:
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Enjoy 4 continuous days off every week, Monday through Thursday!)

The Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and confident Market Seller to take full ownership of our market stall operations on weekends. You will be the face of our bakery, driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring our products look fantastic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stall Operations: Driving to setup locations, setting up the display, and packing down the market stall independently on market days.
- Customer Experience: Serving customers with a warm, bubbly attitude and creating a memorable shopping experience.
- Sales & Performance: Actively managing sales and taking pride in reaching daily target goals.
- Standards & Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and product presentation throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For
- Driver: Must hold a full UK driving licence and feel comfortable driving a small van/delivery vehicle.
- Background: Experience in events, retail, or hospitality is highly valued—we love team members who thrive in dynamic, public-facing environments!
- Personality: Friendly, reliable, proactive, and naturally confident engaging with people.
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, comfortable with early morning starts, and able to work independently.
- Bakery Interest: Bakery or food retail experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important.
