Fix Auto Swansea West is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our growing team.
As a manufacturer-approved accident repair centre, we pride ourselves on delivering repairs to the highest standards while providing outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in their workmanship and wants to be part of a professional, supportive and forward-thinking team.
The Role
Working as part of our production team, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer repair methods, ensuring every repair meets the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs to damaged vehicles.
- Repair or replace body panels in line with manufacturer repair methods.
- Use specialist welding and repair equipment safely and effectively.
- Measure and align vehicle structures using approved repair systems.
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Work closely with Paint, MET and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth vehicle progression.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Follow all manufacturer repair methods and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre.
- Excellent repair skills with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to repair vehicles using both traditional and modern repair techniques.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing first-class repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Full UK driving licence.
