We’re on the lookout for passionate Full-Time Chef to join our team at Today Bread – a vibrant, sourdough-focused bakery café in Walthamstow. If you love cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients and take pride in making delicious food, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking our seasonal menu, including fresh sandwiches, toasties, salads
- Working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Collaborating with a friendly and supportive team
- Helping to keep the kitchen organised and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (bakeries, cafés preferred)
- A passion for great food and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Food safety knowledge (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred)
