What you'll do
As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you'll provide essential overnight support to people in their own homes, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and independent throughout the night.
You'll:

Provide personal care with dignity and respect during overnight visits.

Support with medication, mobility, and repositioning where required.

Monitor wellbeing and respond calmly to any overnight needs.

Offer reassurance and companionship to help people feel safe and secure.

Complete light household tasks where appropriate to maintain a safe environment.

Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team delivering high-quality overnight care.
