Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fencer/Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with fencing projects and general labour tasks across various sites. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be physically fit, and possess a willingness to learn new skills. Previous experience in construction-related trades is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The position offers valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry and opportunities for skill development in multiple trades.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation and repair of fences using appropriate tools and materials
- Supporting skilled tradespeople with tasks as required
- Handling manual labour including digging, lifting, and moving materials safely
- Operating hand tools and power tools to assist with fabrication and assembly tasks
- Preparing sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety standards are maintained
- Assisting with site organisation and maintaining a clean work environment throughout the project duration
Good attitude and willingness to learn is essential.
Pay: Up to £11.00 per hour
