Grill Chef – Burger Van
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Grill Chef to run our busy burger van.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking burgers and other menu items to a consistently high standard
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Following recipes, cooking procedures, and portion specifications accurately
- Managing food preparation and stock control
- Placing orders and monitoring inventory levels
- Maintaining food safety records and documentation
- Ensuring the van and work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining excellent food quality
Requirements:
- Previous grill chef or burger chef experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service environment
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
- Good organisational and stock management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
