Are you a friendly and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service for a variety of commercial tenants in a new managed property
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Ensure front of house area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Reporting of maintenance issues to the property manager
- Management and access for visiting contractors
- Management and programming of access fobs and keys
- Watering and care of reception plants
- Manage incoming post and deliveries
- Handle stationary orders and maintaining inventory
- Provide support to both new and current tenants
- Assist tenants with building enquiries and address any concerns
- Conduct and record weekly fire safety systems monitoring and testing
- Participate in annual Health and Safety checks and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar busy receptionist or front desk role is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work on your own
Pay: From £28,150.00 per year
