Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Skip drivers to join a friendly/busy team in Reading.
You must have a valid UK category C driving licence with a min of 6 points.
You must have an up-to-date digital tacho card and driver CPC qualification.
Responsible for delivering and collecting various materials safely, in accordance with current regulations.

Duties
- Operate a Skip lorry for the delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working order.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and vehicle logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any client queries or concerns professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience as a skip driver is essential.
- A valid UK category C driving licence with an up-to-date CPC.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
