Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of food safety protocols. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delightful beverages and providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and engage with customers will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences.
Hours:
A Variety of hours can be offered but the are mixed shifts from some days,evenings and Weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising basic math skills for transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations
- Operate in a kitchen (full training provided)
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Uphold the establishment's standards of service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of our patrons
- Excellent time management skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently
