About the Role
This is a rewarding, hands‑on care role where you will support residents with their daily needs. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with mealtimes, and offering gentle encouragement to help residents take part in meaningful daily activities. You’ll build positive relationships, promote independence wherever possible, and contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for everyone in your care.
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity and independence
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as personal care, mobility, and meals
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
- Encourage social interaction and emotional wellbeing through meaningful engagement
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, caring, and supportive environment
