Overview
Premiair Building Services Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Electrician to join our growing electrical division. We undertake a wide range of commercial, industrial and public sector electrical projects across the UK, including electrical installations, EICRs, LED lighting upgrades, EV charging infrastructure, remedial works and planned maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair commercial and industrial electrical installations.
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Install lighting, power, containment and distribution systems.
- Complete LED lighting upgrades and emergency lighting installations.
- Carry out electrical testing, inspection and fault finding.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all works comply with BS 7671 and current industry regulations.
- Complete all certification and job documentation accurately.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and follow company RAMS and procedures.
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers and other trades.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- AM2 Qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- JIB Gold Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience within commercial and industrial electrical installations.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
- IPAF.
- PASMA.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- First Aid at Work.
- EV Charging experience.
- Experience carrying out EICRs.
