- Job Title: Office Administrator
- Location: FHM, The Heath Business Park, Runcorn with access to a cafe and gym (Chargeable)
- Working Hours: 21 hours per week. We are happy to consider flexible working patterns across the 21 hours, which may suit school hours or other personal commitments. There may be overtime available. September start date
- Salary / Hourly Rate: £13 - £15 per hour dependant on experience
- Requirements: Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car for ocassional office errands

Overview of the role
As the first point of contact for customers and engineers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and service operations. This is a varied position that would suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working closely with both customers and colleagues.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our small and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer enquiries professionally
- Book jobs, schedule engineers, and manage daily calendars
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and job sheets
- Maintain organised filing systems and office records
- Monitor emails and respond promptly
- Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail
- Developing and supporting process improvements
- Ad hoc business errands as and when required
- Support management with day-to-day office tasks
- Management of social media posts (training available)
Requirements

- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, job booking systems)

Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a heating & plumbing/facilities company
- Experience booking engineers or managing service schedules
- Knowledge and experience of job management software and related processes
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Basic accounting or invoicing experience
- Ensure compliance with company processes and Health & Safety requirements
