Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a variety of drinks accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper handling of glassware and bar equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle payments professionally.
- Support the team during busy periods by staying organized and managing multiple tasks smoothly.
- Keep an eye on stock levels, assist with restocking supplies, and report any shortages or issues promptly.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar service is preferred but not essential—training will be provided!
- Strong communication skills to connect with guests and work effectively with team members.
- Good time management to handle multiple orders during busy hours without missing a beat.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn new skills in a lively environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
