Job Purpose
The Show home Coordinator is responsible for the smooth planning, coordination and delivery of show home installations across the UK. Working closely with clients, suppliers, installers and the internal design team, the role ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget and to the exceptionally high standards expected by Irresistible Design Group.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple show home projects from instruction through to completion.
- Produce project schedules and installation programmes.
- Liaise with housebuilders, site managers and sales teams to arrange access and installation dates.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Schedule installation teams, fitters, decorators and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure all furniture, accessories, artwork, lighting and window treatments are ordered and delivered on time.
- Track project budgets and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and installation records.
- Communicate regular project updates to clients and the internal team.
- Conduct final quality checks before client handover.
- Coordinate snagging items and ensure prompt resolution.
- Assist with procurement and supplier relationship management.
- Support the design team with sourcing products when required.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed on site.
- Help coordinate photography of completed show homes.
- Maintain excellent client relationships throughout every project.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in project coordination, interior design, construction or property is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage numerous deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using project management software would be advantageous.
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
