We are looking for a reliable Inventory & Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role involves managing stock, listing products online, printing shipping labels, and handling general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- List new products accurately on online marketplaces or internal systems.
- Print shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring inventory records are accurate.
- Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
- Perform general office administration, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in stock control, product listing, or office administration is an advantage.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
