About the Role
Chit ‘N’ Chaat is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our teams across Trafford Centre, Rusholme and Cheadle.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Assist customers with menu queries and requirements.
- Prepare and organise takeaway and delivery orders when required.
- Maintain clean and presentable dining and front-of-house areas.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Work closely with kitchen and other team members during busy periods.
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
