Busy mixed practice seeking Associate Dentist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and promoting oral health education. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Must have
- GDC registration.
- Not need sponsorship.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care with an emphasis on comfort and trust.
- Invisalign full training would be an advantage.
