Overview
XOKO is expanding! We are looking for energetic, hardworking Kitchen Team Members to join our crew across our busy Bridge Street location and our brand-new kitchen development at Castle Wynd. Whether we’re serving up our signature daytime plates or evening Cantina dishes, our kitchen is fast-paced, vibrant, and deeply passionate about great food.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare & Cook: Assist with prep, line cooking, and assembly across our diverse daytime and evening menus.
- Keep Standards High: Maintain immaculate food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with environmental health guidelines.
- Work as a Team: Support fellow kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Adapt & Thrive: Move confidently between our Bridge Street and Castle Wynd locations as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous commercial kitchen or fast-paced hospitality experience is a massive plus, though enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter most.
- Reliability: A dependable team player who can handle high-pressure rushes with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion: A genuine love for good food and being part of a growing local business.
Salary £13.45 per hour + shared TIPS
(40 hours per week) or Part-Times available
