Female Rehabilitation Assistant Opportunities
Join Our Brand-New Care Team
Location: Stamford
Hours: Part-Time
We’re looking for organised, respectful, and engaging individuals to join a dedicated support team for a lady who values her independence.
She has an incomplete Spinal Cord Injury and requires 1:1 support, including:
- Assistance with day-to-day activities
- Assistance with personal care
- Assistance with Cooking
This lady enjoys golf, pickle ball and dogs. She is fiercely independent and is looking for someone that understands rehabilitation and enablement.
Shift Patterns
- Day Shift:
- 7am – 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
- 8am - 6pm Tuesday & Friday
About You
- Previous care experience and specifically in Rehabilitation and Enablement would be desirable
- You are down-to-earth, a mature thinker and a good communicator
- You understand how to support an adult without being overbearing
- You are respectful and understand boundaries
- You are happy to cook and assist with housework
- You are a non-smoker (the home is a completely non-smoking environment)
- You hold a full UK manual driving licence (Must be aged 25+ for insurance purposes)
- You can work flexibly and build strong, positive relationships with both the individual and her family
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is required (or willingness to obtain one).
Pay: Up to £18.00 per hour
