SHD Recruitment Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team. We are recruiting Level 2, Level 3, and unqualified candidates with childcare experience for a variety of agency, long-term and permanent positions in nurseries across the local area.

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting children's learning and development through play
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals and personal care
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Following safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies
- Working as part of a professional and caring team
We're Looking ForLevel 2 & Level 3 Applicants
- CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Unqualified Applicants
If you don't currently hold a childcare qualification but have experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, school, holiday club or another childcare setting, we'd still love to hear from you.
