About the Role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager who wants to train to become a Registered Manager or an existing RM looking for a change.
You will be supported by an experienced senior team, along with access to specialist operational, quality and HR support to ensure you have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a care setting
- A professional, positive approach with a strong appetite to learn
- Willingness to complete a DBS check
- Flexibility to participate in the shared on-call rota
