Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits, and beverages with flair and accuracy
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend signature drinks or custom creations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and managing intoxicated guests responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours
- Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately using POS systems
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, bartending, or serving roles within restaurants or bars
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Excellent bartending skills including mixing, garnishing, and presentation techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients precisely
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Exceptional communication skills to engage guests warmly and professionally
