As we continue to expand across London, we're looking for experienced, passionate and professional Self-Employed Beauty & Wellness Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, consultation-led clinic delivering exceptional beauty, skin and wellness treatments while building a loyal client base.
Alongside regular clinic opportunities, we are also recruiting for Danugur Flex – our flexible self-employed team providing holiday, sickness and emergency cover across our London clinics.
Where possible, we encourage therapists to work across a cluster of clinics, providing greater flexibility, improved diary utilisation and increased earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client care through professional consultations and personalised treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments to the highest professional standards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and treatment notes.
- Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism.
- Promote appropriate homecare and retail products where they genuinely benefit the client.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional client outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum VTCT/NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (Level 4 advantageous).
- Minimum 2 years' practical salon or clinic experience.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent consultation, communication and customer service skills.
- Confident delivering treatments independently.
- Regular evening and weekend availability is essential.
- Applicants must be committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and building a loyal returning clientele.

- Deep Tissue Massage
- Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
Experience with Pregnancy Massage is advantageous.
Advanced Treatments (Advantageous)
- HydraFacial
- Chemical Peels
- Microneedling
- Laser Hair Removal
- Professional skincare brands such as Germaine de Capuccini or equivalent cosmeceutical ranges.
Compliance
Successful applicants must:
- Hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold, or be willing to obtain where required, the relevant Local Authority Special Treatments Practitioner Registration or Permit applicable to the clinic location.
- Hold a DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one if required.
