Seven Hills School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and well organised person to join our Admin Team from 1 September 2026.
Working with our Senco, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the annual review schedule for the whole school ensuring timely communication with all staff, parents and outside agencies. You will work as part of a team to attend meetings, take minutes and manage the annual review paperwork effectively.
Working with Senior Leaders you will also be responsible for producing the school's newsletter which reflects our school community, its values and activities taking place.
You will maintain the school's website regularly, ensuring the content is accurate, up to date and accessible.
The admin office is a very busy office, and we require a person with good organisational skills who can work on their own initiative whilst maintaining a team perspective. You will need to work collaboratively within a staff team to provide high quality support to the school and undertake general office tasks including word processing, photocopying, and reception duties.
Applicants should possess excellent I.T. skills and be proficient in the use of Word and Excel. Full training will be available for the successful candidate. A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills are required as well as the ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality and be flexible to meet the workload demand.
Candidates need to have a calm, friendly and positive approach to all our students and be able to demonstrate a commitment to being part of our caring school community.

Seven Hills School is a Co-educational Secondary Special School co-located with a good Catholic High School near the centre of the city. We cater for pupils from 11 to 19 years of age. All pupils have learning difficulties, and many have other associated difficulties relating to communication, sensory, physical and/or medical disabilities. In common with many other special schools, pupils admitted have increasingly complex needs.
