Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and serving stations
- Handle cash register operations with basic math skills for transactions and change management
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and customers
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
Experience
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a lively setting
