We are a fast-growing UK property maintenance, cleaning, and pest control specialist. We look after commercial clients across the UK—including hotels, retail chains, and offices.
We are currently expanding our reactive team in the Hereford area to cover surrounding regions, including Birmingham, the West Midlands, and Wales. When something breaks, leaks, or needs pest-proofing, we step in to fix, clean, or secure it.

What We’re Looking For: We don’t care about fancy CVs or essay writing. We care about what you can do with your hands and your work ethic on-site.
- True Multi-Trader: Practical jack-of-all-trades skilled in minor plumbing, basic roof repairs, general carpentry, and lock/door fixes—and happy to grab a wet-vac or tackle cleanup jobs when needed.
- Happy to Travel: Based in/around Hereford and comfortable driving across the region (Birmingham, South/Mid Wales, and surrounds).
- Problem Solver: Ability to walk onto a commercial site, evaluate the issue, and deliver a sensible, lasting fix.
- Reliable & Professional: Punctual, well-presented, and ready to represent us well in front of high-profile clients.
- Tools & Transport: ideally at first your own van/reliable vehicle and full trade toolkit. (We supply/cover all job materials). A work van will be provided following a successful few weeks of work
- Flexible: Willing to join a reasonable weekend/evening rota for reactive call-outs.
Hours & Travel
Work is fast-paced and predominantly daytime-based, but because this is reactive maintenance, long drives and occasional out-of-hours call-outs come with the territory. If you’re willing to travel and work extra hours, there is plenty of money to be made.
