Leaf Design UK Ltd is an employee-owned business specialising in artificial plants, trees and flowers. We operate from our warehouse in Louth and are looking for a reliable Picker/Packer to join our friendly, close-knit team. This is a physical role and includes manual handling.
The role
You will help ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely and ready for collection by our delivery partners. Some of our products are large or awkwardly shaped, so the role involves regular movement around the warehouse and safe manual handling.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Picking products accurately from warehouse locations
* Checking products and order details before packing
* Packing artificial plants, trees and flowers safely and securely
* Labelling parcels and preparing orders for dispatch
* Helping to receive, move and organise stock
* Reporting damaged products or stock discrepancies
* Keeping packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organised
* Following warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements
* Supporting other members of the team when required
About you
We are looking for someone who:
* Is dependable and available to work every Monday from 9:00am to 3:00pm
* Works accurately and pays close attention to detail
* Takes pride in packing orders properly
* Can work efficiently without compromising quality
* Is comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
* Can undertake the manual-handling requirements of the role safely, with reasonable adjustments where appropriate
* Has a positive, practical attitude
Previous warehouse or order-packing experience would be helpful but is not essential, as training will be provided.
