Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Maple Properties is a growing, family-run estate agency based in Woking. We are looking for a confident, motivated and personable Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our team and help grow our presence across Woking and the surrounding areas.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining traditional estate agency work with property marketing and social media. The successful candidate will conduct viewings, communicate with applicants, landlords and vendors, assist with generating new business and confidently represent Maple Properties on camera through property tours and local content.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting sales and lettings viewings in a professional and engaging manner
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Following up after viewings and providing clear feedback to landlords and vendors
- Responding promptly to telephone, email and online enquiries
- Matching suitable applicants with available properties
- Assisting with property photographs, videos and marketing material
- Presenting property tours and other content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Helping develop creative content ideas to promote properties and the Maple brand
- Supporting local marketing campaigns and community outreach
- Uploading and maintaining accurate property listings
- Keeping the CRM system and applicant records organised and up to date
- Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the agency
Pay: £13.00-£21.00 per hour
