Overview
We are seeking a skilled 360 Excavator Operator to join our team in <PERSON>. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery efficiently and safely on various construction and excavation projects. Duties
- Operate 360-degree excavators to perform digging, lifting, and material handling tasks in accordance with project specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of the excavator to ensure it is in safe working condition, reporting any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work zones for other machinery or personnel.
- Collaborate with site managers and other operators to coordinate activities and optimise workflow.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Utilise commercial driving skills when transporting equipment or materials between sites as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on commercial construction sites.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand machine functions, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform basic maintenance.
- Valid certification or licence for operating heavy machinery, specifically excavators.
- Commercial driving licence (or equivalent) is desirable for transporting equipment or materials between locations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow safety protocols meticulously.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery for extended periods.

Pay: Up to £21.00 per hour
