Fylde Coast Cleaners provide 24hour commercial cleaning service throughout the Fylde Coast mainly within the Leisure, Tourism & Retail Sectors we are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our company.
The work will require flexibility between night shifts and early starts working outdoors in all weathers, working at height, Event cleaning, toilet cleaning, floor cleaning availability to work over bank holidays and some weekends when required. This role is a very physically active, requiring a hands on approach and willingness to muck in alongside your team, stay calm under pressure and be capable of dealing with large scale cleaning tasks, tight deadlines and challenging situations when they arise.
Be confident to lead a team and allocate tasks to staff when required, take responsibility and ownership for the successful running of the shift start to finish.
Work alongside your team to complete cleaning tasks, setting the standard through your own approach and attention to details
Clear effective communication skills whether you are briefing staff, working alongside colleagues or customers
Making sure Health & Safety procedures are followed with confidence and support and encourage others to do the same.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
