Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using various programming languages and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement database structures to support application functionality.
- Write efficient Shell Scripting for automation of tasks and processes.
- Utilise AWS services for cloud-based solutions and deployment.
- Work with Apache Hive and Hadoop for data processing and analysis.
- Create and manage SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Develop VBA scripts to enhance productivity within applications.
- Implement data integration processes using Informatica.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Shell Scripting, SQL, AWS, Apache Hive, Hadoop, VBA, Informatica, and database design.
- Familiarity with the smash framework is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate potential issues before they arise.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
