Job Summary

Duties
- Assist the Manager in coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across wet and dry departments
- Support staff in delivering exceptional service by providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain compliance and operational integrity
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth
- Manage guest interactions, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members
