Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are accommodated
- Serve beverages responsibly, including alcohol, while adhering to food safety and responsible service guidelines
- Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver efficient service without compromising quality
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices is desirable
