Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
An established organisation is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to support their Customer Experience function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and supportive team, providing high quality customer support across a range of communication channels. You will play an important role in assisting customers throughout their journey, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and support with queries
- Manage complaints and customer concerns, escalating where appropriate
- Process, update and amend orders, customer details and returns in line with company procedures
- Provide accurate and efficient customer service within a fast paced environment
Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
- Previous customer service, contact centre or client facing experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Flexible approach
